This year we have decided to take a slightly different approach to the Guild Striking Competitions to try to encourage more teams to enter and to introduce a NEW Novices competition to offer our many new learners a competition just for them and to come along and have some FUN. Teams entering must have at least 2 ringers with less than 2 years experience. Joint bands between 2 towers are allowed so don’t panic if you only have one learner. The test piece will be rounds and call changes.
Please encourage your learners to come along and support them by making up the rest of the band,
We have also moved the Inter tower 8 bell competition to September to allow teams to enter both the 6 and 8 bell competitions without the usual clash.
